Hi. Welcome to Jume's Thai Kitchen. My name  is Jume and I am from Thailand. I have lived in Wales for almost 20 years. I consider myself to be a Thai-Welsh lady :). I have always had a passion for food since a young age. I have been learning and developing my Thai cooking from the age of 6 years old,  as I was growing up that my mother taught me how to cook Thai food. For me food is an art,  fun and experimentation.
I started to do catering a few years ago and Event Party cooking. I started my home cooking business over lock down and It took off really well. I also offer cookery classes. My ambition is to have my own cafe or restaurant in my current home town Llantwit Major or nearby.
